IUSTI Philippines – Asia-Pacific Regional Congress 2026

1. The deadline for the abstract submission is on 14 June 2026.
2. The notification of acceptance is on mid July 2026.
3. All abstracts - for oral as well as poster presentation - must be submitted and presented in English.
4. The length of the abstract must be max 300 words.
5. All abstracts, whether for oral or poster presentation, must be submitted and presented in English.
6. The abstract should not exceed 300 words.


7. Abstracts must contain new information and original data. However, we also accept case reports or original research that have been presented at other conferences. Please clearly indicate:
• The name of the conference
• The date it was presented
• Whether it was presented as an oral or a poster presentation


8. All abbreviations must be written in full upon first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. The abbreviation may be used thereafter.
9. Please carefully check your abstract for spelling and grammatical errors before submission.
10. Do not include references, tables, or figures.


11. The abstract must be structured using one of the following two formats:
• Scientific Research Format (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion)
• Program and Implementation Evaluation Format (Background, Description, Findings, Conclusion)


12. The authors are responsible for the content and the language quality of the full abstract.
13. An automatically generated confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive it within an hour, first please check your spam folder and then contact us at secretariat.iusti2026ap@gmail.com.
14. All presenters will be required to register for the Congress.
15. Any presenter who is not registered by 10 September 2026 will automatically be withdrawn from the program, and their abstract will be removed from the program.
16. Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the abstract submission portal.
17. Abstracts and any amendments to submitted abstracts will not be accepted after the submission deadline.
18. If changes to your submitted abstract are necessary, there is the possibility to edit your abstract at any time before the abstract submission deadline. Please do not submit your abstract more than once.
19. Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstract by email.
20. The presenting author of a selected abstract commits himself/herself to attend the IUSTI Asia-Pacific Congress 2026 in the Philippines and present the abstract in the session at the time decided by the Scientific Committee. One of the co-authors can take over if needed.

IUSTI Asia-Pacific 2026 Congress Scholarships and Awards Committee

Various awards will be conferred at the IUSTI Asia-Pacific 2026 Congress in recognition of outstanding scientific contributions. Awards will be determined primarily based on the quality of the submitted abstract, with additional consideration given to the excellence of its presentation during the congress.

Accepted oral presentations will receive a 30% discount on the registration fee, while accepted poster presentations will receive a 15% discount as well. The discounts will be given back to those who are accepted presenters on the last day of the Congress. The IUSTI Asia-Pacific 2026 Congress reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification purposes. All decisions of the Scholarship and Awards Committee Chair shall be final and executory.
